Downgrading in Size. Upgrading in Value.

As a new generation either graduate from school and begin looking for a place to call home or other generations start to think differently about the homes they have, more and more individuals are considering moving into smaller houses rather than larger homes. With this down grade in size, many consider it to be an upgrade in the quality of living as they begin consuming less energy, spend much less time indoors, and typically have the ability to move these tiny home wherever they please almost at a moment's notice. Living in a home not much bigger (if not smaller) than a typical shed, these homeowners will report that they use the most of every square foot like they never have before. In this documentary about a late-twenty/early-thirty something year old, the audience is invited to experience what life is like in building their own home as well as living in a space the size of some walk-in closets.
